We are pleased to announce that “The 2nd World Congress of Taiwan Studies (WCTS)” will take place in London, between June 18 and June 20, 2015. This event will be hosted jointly by Academia Sinica, Taiwan and the SOAS Centre of Taiwan Studies, University of London. Key themes include assessments of the state of the field in Taiwan Studies and Revisiting Classic Works in the field. There will be a total of 16 panels, four roundtables, three keynote speeches, musical performances and book exhibitions.

　　It will be the largest Taiwan Studies conference ever held in Europe, bringing together the world’s leading scholars in Taiwan Studies from Taiwan, Europe, North America and Australia.
